Our Story

Bab's Hot Chicken & Brews was created by the M2O Group - founded by the Osmanollaj brothers: Leo, Pep, and Jim. The concept is a heartfelt tribute to their grandfather, Baba, who spent his life raising chickens in Kosovo and always dreamed of opening his own restaurant.

While that dream stayed out of reach for him back home, his grandsons brought it to life in America - infusing Baba's spirit into every detail, from the name on the sign to the fire in every sandwich.

On February 26th, 2024, the first Bab's location opened in Audubon, PA - and Baba flew in to proudly cut the ribbon himself. It was a full-circle moment that turned a lifelong dream into reality.

Fueled by love, tradition, and bold flavors, Bab's quickly grew, opening a second location near the University of Delaware in Newark, DE, in September 2024.

At Bab's, we're more than just hot chicken - we're a story of family, heritage, and making dreams come true.
